Platform Access
Use Platform Access to manage who can view and reply to messages on each platform connected to your workspace. You can allow every role to participate, provide read-only access, or set custom permissions for roles, teams, and individual members.
1. Open Platform Access
Open the Saifa AI main menu. If navigation is collapsed, select the menu icon in the upper-right corner.
Go to Settings.
Select Platform Access.

2. Find a platform
The list shows each platform's name, channel type, and current access level.
Use the search field to find a platform by name.
Filter the list using All, Full access, Restricted, or No access.
Check both the platform name and channel type before editing, especially when multiple entries share the same name.

3. Choose an access level
Select the current access level or pencil icon in the platform's Access column. The Set access level dialog opens and displays the selected platform's name.
Full Access
Every role can view and reply.
Read Only
Every role can view, but cannot reply.
Admins Only
Only Admins can view and reply.
Custom
Set permissions for roles, teams, or individual people.
No Access
The option describes blocking viewing and replying on this platform. Check the review screen for anyone who retains access before applying it.

For Full Access, Read Only, Admins Only, or No Access, select Next and continue to step 5. For Custom, configure the permissions in step 4 first.
4. Configure Custom rules
Select Custom, then scroll down to Custom rules. You can grant permissions in three ways.
By role
Select View and Reply for the roles you want to grant access to: Admin, Manager, Agent, and Member.

By team
Select View or Reply for the relevant teams. The available team names depend on your workspace.
By person
Use Search by name or email to find a member, then select that person's View or Reply permission.

Reply always includes View. For read-only access, select View without Reply and check the review screen to ensure the person does not receive Reply through another selection.
For example, if you want only your sales team to reply, review the role selections as well. Allowing every role to reply may grant access beyond the sales team you intended to select. Check the resulting people and permissions before saving.
Select Next when you have finished configuring the rules.
5. Review who will have access
On the Review step, check the selected access level, any selected roles or groups, and the Who has access section. This section lists the number of people who will have access and each person's permission.

The example screen also identifies the Owner · always has access role. Review the actual list of people here rather than relying only on the access level's name.
Select Back to change your selections.
Select Apply to save the changes once the details are correct.
To leave without saving, close the dialog using ×, or go back to the access level step and select Cancel.
6. Check access after saving
Return to the platform list and check the updated access level. Ask the relevant members to verify that they can view and reply as intended. If access does not match your expectations, reopen the platform, review the Custom rules, and check the resulting list of people with access.
