Subscription Plans

Saifa AI offers flexible subscription options so your business can grow at your own pace. Whether you need more features, want to reduce costs, or decide to pause your service, you can manage your plan directly through your Billing Settings.

This guide explains how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Saifa AI subscription safely and smoothly.

Saifa AI offers flexible subscription plans designed for:

  • Individuals (Solopreneurs)

  • Small to large SMEs

  • Enterprise organizations

Each plan includes different limits for:

  • AI usage (tokens)

  • Team members

  • Data storage

  • Messaging channels


⚙️ Billing Options

You can customize your subscription with:

🗓 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly – Pay monthly

  • Yearly – Save up to 20%


🔀 Plan Mode

You can switch between:

  • Assistant only → Internal AI usage

  • Assistant + Customer Services → Includes omnichannel messaging + inbox


🧭 1. Accessing Your Billing Settings

To manage your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription Plan

  2. You’ll see your current plan and available plan options

  3. Click Get Started

⚠️ Only Workspace Admins can change subscription plans.


⬆️ 2. Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade anytime to unlock more features, higher usage limits, and additional seats.

How to upgrade:

  1. Click "Get Started"

  2. Select monthly or yearly billing

  3. Choose your new plan (e.g., Micro SMEs + Customer support)

  4. Confirm your payment details

Once upgraded:

  • New features are activated immediately

  • Your billing cycle adjusts automatically

  • Any remaining balance from your old plan is prorated


⬇️ 3. Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading to a lower plan is not available directly.

To switch to a lower plan, follow these steps:

  1. Click Cancel subscription

  2. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

  3. After the billing cycle ends, your workspace will move to the Free Plan (Solopreneur)

  4. You can then select and subscribe to a new plan

⚠️ Downgrades only take effect after your current billing period ends

When the downgrade takes effect:

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period

  • The downgrade starts on the next billing cycle

  • No service interruption occurs

⚠️ Before downgrading, review the feature table carefully.

If your workspace exceeds usage or member limits of the lower plan, Saifa will notify you with required changes.


❌ Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click Cancel subscription

  3. Confirm cancellation

⚠️ You will retain access until the end of your billing period

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle

  • After that, your workspace automatically switches to a Solopreneur (limited features)

  • Your data remains safe — nothing is deleted automatically

  • You can reactivate your plan anytime

⚠️ Canceling your subscription does not delete your workspace.


🧾 7. Viewing & Downloading Invoices

All invoices are stored in your billing history.

To download invoices: Settings → Invoice → Download PDF

You can export for:

  • Accounting

  • Reimbursement

  • Tax reporting
