Integration Settings

1. Overview

The Integration Settings module allows you to connect external platforms to Saifa AI.

It enables:

  • Centralized communication across all channels

  • Real-time message syncing into the Inbox

  • Seamless customer service across platforms

3. Chat Integration Setup

Each messaging platform allows you to connect multiple accounts or pages.


Step-by-Step Setup

1. Click Connect

Locate your platform in the Discover section and click + Connect


2. Authorize via OAuth

You will be redirected to the platform login page:

  • Log in to your account

  • Grant Saifa AI permission to manage messages


3. Select Pages / Accounts

Choose which accounts to connect:

  • Facebook Pages

  • Instagram Business accounts

  • LINE OA accounts

4. Add Channels

After initial setup:

  • Click + Add Channels inside the platform card

  • Add more accounts without re-authorizing


4. Connected Accounts Overview

Each platform displays connected channels and usage.


Plan Limit

  • Your plan includes a maximum number of connections

  • Example: 5/5 connected accounts used

5. Managing Connected Channels

Within each platform card:

  • Toggle channels Active / Inactive

  • Add or remove accounts

  • Monitor connection status
