Step 3: Add Product

Adding your products to Saifa AI helps personalize your AI workspace so that Saifa Assistant can reference your catalog, describe items accurately, and generate marketing content that matches your real offerings.

In this step, you’ll upload and organize your product details — including names, descriptions, pricing, and packaging — so Saifa can assist in content creation, sales, and support with precise information.

🚀 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the “Add Product” Section

After completing the previous step (Add Data Source), you’ll move to Step 4: Add Product in your onboarding progress panel.

You’ll see a message that says:

“Your product list is empty.”

Click ➕ Add New Product to begin.

2. Fill In Product Details

In the Product Details panel, enter all the required fields to help Saifa understand your product:

Field	Description
Product Name	The name of your product (e.g., Body Cream 250ml).
Product Images	Upload one or more product images for reference.
Category	Select a category (e.g., Skincare, Electronics, Food).
Workspace Category	Assign where this product will appear within your workspace.
Product Description	Provide a short and detailed description. Use bullet points for key features or benefits.
Product Specifications	Add size, weight, materials, or unique features.
Pricing	Include the retail price or range for reference.
Packaging Information	Describe packaging size, units per box, or bundle options.

💡 Tip: Clear and detailed product info helps Saifa generate more accurate ads, descriptions, and FAQs later.

3. Add Product Variants (Optional)

If your product comes in multiple versions (e.g., sizes, colors, or SKUs):

1. Click “Add Product Version.”

2. Fill in variant details — such as name, SKU code, and size.

3. Specify price and stock quantity (if applicable).

🧩 You can add as many variants as needed. Each version is saved under the main product entry.

4. Save and Review Your Product List

Once you finish adding products, click Save Product at the bottom right. Your new product will now appear in the list view.

The product dashboard shows:

• Product Name & Image

• SKU or Variant Info

• Category

• Price

• Status (Active/Inactive toggle)

✅ Status Indicators:

• 🟢 Active — Product visible to Saifa Assistant for use in content and responses.

• 🔴 Inactive — Hidden from AI use (you can enable it anytime).

💡 Tip: Keep only current or in-stock products active for the most accurate AI output.

5. Edit or Delete Products

You can manage your product list anytime:

1. Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon beside a product.

2. Choose Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

3. After edits, click Save Changes to re-train Saifa with updated product details.
