You’re almost done! 🎉 This final step completes your Saifa AI onboarding process and activates your workspace. After reviewing your setup details, you can finalize the configuration and jump straight into Saifa Assistant — your intelligent AI partner.
🚀 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Review Your Setup Summary
On the Finish Setup page, you’ll see an overview of everything you’ve configured so far:
Workspace
Displays your workspace name, currency, and description.
Data Source
Shows the list of uploaded documents, links, or FAQs.
Product
Lists all products you’ve added, including categories and status.
Team
Displays the invited members and their assigned roles.
💡 Tip: Use this page to double-check that all details are correct before completing your setup.
2. (Optional) Add Missing Items
If you skipped any steps earlier, you can still add them now. You’ll see placeholders like:
“No data source added” “No product created yet”
Click the Add button beside each section to complete any missing information — such as uploading data sources, adding products, or inviting team members.
🧩 You can finish these later from your dashboard if you prefer to start using Saifa immediately.
3. Confirm and Click “Finish Setup”
When everything looks good, click the Finish Setup button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Saifa will:
Save your workspace configuration
Activate your trial environment
Redirect you automatically to Saifa Assistant (Copilot)
