Welcome to Saifa AI — your intelligent business Copilot. This quick guide will walk you through your very first conversation with Saifa AI so you can start working smarter in just a few minutes.
Whether you want to create marketing copy, summarize a report, or brainstorm ideas — Saifa understands your goals and delivers clear, human-like responses.
🚀 Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log in to your Saifa Dashboard
Go to Saifa AI
Click “Log In” and enter your account credentials (or sign in with Google).
Once you’re inside, you’ll see your AI Copilot interface — this is where all your conversations happen.
💡 Tip: If this is your first time, you can click “Start New Chat” to begin.
Step 2: Say hello to your AI Copilot
In the chat box, try typing something simple to start the conversation, such as:
“Hi Saifa, what can you do?” or “Help me write a short welcome message for my online store.”
Saifa will respond immediately — explaining what it can do or generating your first output in seconds.
⚡ Pro Tip: You can talk to Saifa in natural, conversational language. There’s no need for special commands.
Step 3: Give context for better results
To get more accurate answers, add a bit of context when you chat.
For example:
✅ Instead of: “Write an ad.” 👉 Try: “Write a Facebook ad for a new organic coffee brand targeting young professionals.”
✅ Instead of: “Summarize this.” 👉 Try: “Summarize this document in 3 key points for a business presentation.”

Step 4: Explore AI modes and tools
Inside your chat, you’ll find extra tools to enhance your experience:
⚙️ Copilot Tools: Switch between writing, analyzing, or brainstorming modes.
🌩️ Thunderstorm: Quickly generate full content, campaigns, or social posts.
📚 Knowledge Base: Let Saifa reference your uploaded files or data for accurate responses.
💬 Try asking:
“Use my uploaded file to summarize the key customer insights.”
Step 5: Save or continue your chat
You can save your chat for later reference or continue in the same thread.
Your conversation is saved automatically.
Click “New Chat” to start a fresh conversation with a new topic.
You can always revisit old chats from your Chat History tab.

All your conversations are private and stored securely within your workspace. Saifa AI does not share your chat data with third parties or use it to train public models.
