Facebook Messenger

Connect your Facebook Pages to Saifa AI to manage all Messenger conversations in one unified inbox.

Step 1: Connect Facebook

• Go to Settings → Integrations Setting

• Click Connect Facebook

Step 2: Log in to Facebook

• Facebook will open a login window

• Click Continue as [your account]

👉 If you are using the wrong account: Click “Log into another account”

Step 3: Switch Account (if required)

If prompted:

• Select the correct Facebook account

• Click Continue

Step 4: Select Pages

You will see a list of Facebook Pages.

1. Choose:

   • Opt in to current Pages only (recommended)

2. Select the Page(s) you want to connect

Step 5: Select Business Access

• Choose:

  • ✅ Opt in to all current and future Businesses (recommended)

👉 This ensures Saifa works without issues in the future

Click Continue

Step 6: Review Permissions

You will see permissions such as:

• Manage your business

• Access Page conversations

• Manage messages

• Access Page data

👉 Click Save

Step 7: Connection Complete

You will see:

“[Account] has been connected to Saifa AI Integration”

Click Got it

Step 8: Select Page in Saifa

Back in Saifa:

1. Choose the Page you want to add

2. Click Add

✅ Done!

Your Facebook Page is now connected.

• Messages will start syncing into your inbox

• You can assign AI or team to respond

Enable / Disable “Send ‘Purchase’ event to Meta”

1. Go to Settings ⚙️

2. Click Settings on your channel, then toggle Send ‘Purchase’ event to Meta ON / OFF

🔄 Disconnect Facebook Page

To remove your Facebook Page:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations Setting

2. Select channels

3. Click Disconnect

⚠️ What happens after disconnect?

• Stop message synchronization

• Remove access to channel history

💡 Tips

• Connect only Pages you actively manage

• Make sure you are Page Admin
