βœ… Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • A Lazada Seller Center account

  • Admin access to your Lazada store

  • Permission to authorize third-party apps


βž• Connect Lazada

Follow these steps to connect your Lazada account.

Step 1: Go to Integration Settings

  1. Open Saifa AI Dashboard

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Integration Settings


Step 2: Find Lazada

  1. Scroll to the Discover section

  2. Locate Lazada

  3. Click + Connect


Step 3: Authorize Lazada

You will be redirected to Lazada Seller Center.

  1. Log in to your Lazada account

  2. Review the permissions requested

  3. Click Authorize

πŸ” Note Saifa AI only accesses messaging and necessary store data to enable integration.


Step 4: Confirm terms

  1. Review the service details

  2. Click Confirm

  3. Accept the terms and conditions


Step 5: Activate service

Click Authorised use of services


Step 6: Use Saifa AI service

  1. Find Saifa AI Chats (previously Zaapi Chats)

  2. Click Use service


Step 7: Agree to permissions

  1. Review access permissions

  2. Click Agree

Step 8: Select region & login

  1. Select your country

  2. Enter your Lazada account credentials

  3. Complete authorization


Step 9: Complete integration

After successful login:

  • You will be redirected back to Saifa AI

  • Your Lazada account will be connected successfully πŸš€

After successful integration:

  • Lazada chats will appear in your Inbox

  • You can reply directly from Saifa AI

  • AI can assist with customer responses

  • Your team can collaborate in real-time


⚠️ Important notes

  • Always connect the correct Lazada store

  • Make sure authorization is completed fully

  • If interrupted, reconnect from Integration Settings

To remove the integration:

  1. Go to Integration Settings

  2. Find Lazada

  3. Click Disconnect

  4. Confirm the action

⚠️ Warning Disconnecting will stop all Lazada chats from syncing into Saifa AI.
