Connect your LINE OA to manage chats and customer inquiries in Saifa.

How to Connect LINE

1. Click Connect LINE

2. Log in to LINE Developer Console

3. Enter Channel credentials:

   • Channel Secret

   • Channel Access Token

   

How to get Channel Secret

1. Confirm connection

After Connecting

• LINE messages will sync into Saifa inbox

• AI can respond to messages automatically

Disconnect LINE

1. Go to Integration

2. Select channels

3. Click Disconnect

4. Confirm

Notes

• Ensure webhook is enabled

• LINE Messaging API must be active

• You must be an admin of the LINE OA to connect

• Only new messages will appear after the connection
