Connect your ZORT account to Saifa AI to sync products, orders, and inventory into your unified workspace.

This guide will walk you through connecting ZORT to Saifa AI using API credentials.

• Enable API in ZORT

• Copy API credentials

• Connect to Saifa AI

• Sync data automatically

⚙️ Requirements

Before you start, make sure:

• You have a ZORT account

• You have Admin access

• API is enabled in ZORT

➕ Connect ZORT

Step 1: Go to Integration in ZORT

1. Log in to your ZORT dashboard

2. Navigate to:

Settings → Integration

1. Click Add integration (if not connected yet)

Step 2: Open API Reference

1. Click API Reference

2. You will see your API credentials page

Step 3: Enable API (if not active)

• Make sure API status is Active

• If inactive → click Activate

Step 4: Get API credentials

Copy the following:

Field	Description
Endpoint URL	Base API URL
Store Name	Your ZORT account email
API Key	Public API key
API Secret	Secret key (keep secure)

🔐 Important Do not share your API Secret publicly.

Step 5: Connect in Saifa AI

1. Go to Saifa AI → Integration Settings

2. Find ZORT

3. Click + Connect

Step 6: Enter credentials

Fill in:

• Store Name

• API Key

• API Secret

Then click Connect

Step 7: Confirm connection

Once successful:

• ZORT will be connected to Saifa AI

• Data will start syncing automatically

After connecting:

• Inventory stays updated

• AI can use product data for responses
