1️⃣ Getting Started with AI Setup

Begin by accessing the AI Setup tab from your Saifa Dashboard. This is where you’ll configure how your AI communicates with customers, teammates, and stakeholders. You’ll see clear sections for agent identity, tone, and response style — designed to help you build a truly personalized digital assistant.

2️⃣ Choosing an AI Template

To make setup faster, Saifa provides several ready-made AI templates (called Personas) based on common use cases, such as:

  • 🧡 Friendly Support – warm and approachable

  • 💼 Professional Advisor – precise and formal

  • Sales Assistant – persuasive and energetic

  • 🧠 Knowledge Expert – informative and structured

Select the template that best fits your communication goals. Each preset includes recommended tone, formality, and behavior settings — all of which can be adjusted later.


3️⃣ Configuring Your AI Persona

Once you’ve selected a template, personalize it to make it truly yours.

You can:

  • Set your Agent Name (e.g., “Safa”, “Ava”, or your brand name).

  • Add a Personality Description, explaining how your AI speaks and behaves (e.g., “supportive and concise, communicates clearly with empathy”).

  • Choose Gender Presentation (Male, Female, or Non-binary).

  • Use the Generate Idea feature to let Saifa suggest a friendly, professional, or creative persona automatically.

Split Long Responses

Enable automatic splitting for readability.

Once configured, you can preview the AI’s personality summary before saving. This summary displays the final tone, format, and style that your AI will use in conversations.

After saving your configuration, you’ll see a confirmation message:

“Your AI Agent is now ready to respond.”

From here, you can go directly to Saifa Assistant to start chatting with your new AI or return anytime to make adjustments.
