Broadcast
Overview
A broadcast is a message sent to many contacts at once through a connected channel (LINE Official Account or WhatsApp Business). The workflow has three parts:
Open the Broadcast module and start a new broadcast.
Choose a channel, then configure the sender, timing, audience, and message.
Preview and either save as a draft, send immediately, or schedule for later.
Step 1 — Open the Broadcast module

In the left sidebar, click the Broadcast icon.
The Broadcast page opens and shows your existing broadcasts.
The list page contains:
Channel switch — LINE OA / WhatsApp. Select which channel's broadcasts to view.
Search — search broadcasts by name.
Filter — narrow the list.
Status tabs — All , Draft , Scheduled , Sent , each with a count.
Templates — top-right, opens saved message templates.
New Broadcast — top-right, starts a new broadcast.
If you have no broadcasts yet, the page shows an empty state ("No broadcasts yet / Create your first broadcast to get started") with a + New Broadcast button in the center.
Step 2 — Start a new broadcast and choose a channel

Click New Broadcast.
The Create New Broadcast dialog opens with Choose your channel.
Select one channel:
LINE Official Account
WhatsApp BusinessGlobal reach.
Click Next . (Use Cancel to close without creating.)
The broadcast editor opens. It has two panes: the configuration form on the left and a live Preview phone mockup on the right that updates as you build the message.
This guide continues with the LINE OA flow.
Step 3 — Select the sender account

Under Create Broadcast:
Open Select the LINE account to send from — a required field (marked with *).
Choose the LINE Official Account you want the broadcast to be sent from (e.g. Aurelia Dining).
Step 4 — Set the send time
In the Send time section, choose one option:
Send now — the broadcast goes out immediately after you confirm.
Schedule — send at a future date and time. Selecting this reveals three fields:
Date (date picker, e.g.
20/08/2569in the Buddhist calendar).Hour (HH) — dropdown,
00–23.Minute (MM) — dropdown,
00–59.
When Schedule is selected, the primary action button at the bottom changes to Schedule.
Step 5 — Choose the audience
In the Select target audience section, choose one option:
Send to everyone — sends to all contacts on the account. An Estimated audience card shows the reach (e.g.
100%→ approx. 24 recipients).Select specific group — send only to contacts matching filters.
Building audience filters
When Select specific group is chosen, an Add filter link appears. Click it to add a filter row. Each filter row has three parts:
Field — what to filter on:
Tag
Last message from customer
Has converted
Conversion value
Match logic — how the values are combined:
Has at least one of — OR
Has all — AND
Has none — NOR
Missing at least one — NAND
Value — e.g. Select tag.
Use Add filter again to stack more conditions, or the trash icon to remove a row. The Estimated audience card recalculates as you change filters (it shows 0% / 0 recipients until a valid value is selected).
Step 6 — Compose the message
In Your broadcast message:
Message blocks
The broadcast is built from one or more content blocks. The first block is a Text block by default, with a text area ("Write your broadcast message…") and a character counter (limit 500 per text block). Use the trash icon to delete a block.
Add more blocks with the Add message buttons:
Add text
Add image
Add rich message
Add flex message
Personalization variables
Click the { } button in a text block to open Customer variables. Click a variable to insert it; the real value is substituted for each recipient when the broadcast is sent.
Customer: Display name, Customer name, Email , Phone number, Billing address , Shipping address.
Order (latest): Order number, Order status, Total, Tracking number, Shipping status, Payment status.
Best practice: place variables naturally within a sentence, keep the surrounding copy longer than the variable so the message reads well, e.g. "Hi {{customerName}}, your order is on its way!"
An emoji button is also available in each text block.
Use a template
Click Use template to open Select template and start from a saved template. If none exist, the dialog shows "No templates yet"; close it with Cancel.
Step 7 — Name the broadcast
Under Name your broadcast, enter an internal name (e.g. "My campaign 31/04/26"). This name is only for organizing and finding the broadcast — it is not sent to recipients.
Step 8 — Preview

The Preview pane on the right shows how the message will appear to recipients in the LINE chat, updating live as you edit. Use it to check spacing, images, and how variables read before sending.
Step 9 — Save, send, or schedule
The action buttons are at the bottom-right:
Cancel — discard and leave the editor.
Save draft — save without sending; it appears under the Draft tab to finish later.
Send broadcast — sends immediately (shown when Send now is selected).
Schedule — queues the broadcast for the chosen date/time (shown when Schedule is selected). It then appears under the Scheduled tab.
After sending, the broadcast moves to the Sent tab, where you can review its delivery.
